Why do I need a maintenance plan?

A maintenance plan insures that your site is always up, and working properly at all times. We realize that business owners don't have the time to run a business and at the same time keep a constant eye on their website.

Why should I hire a website designer?

Most business owners/employees have too much to do to learn a web design application, design a site, and implement proven methods to not only generate traffic but more importantly generate business. What is the difference between a web solutions company and a web design company?

A web design company gathers text and images relating to your business, designs a site, gives it to you, and walks away. Whereas a web solutions company takes the time to research and find out about your business to develop a site that goes to work for your business. Designs your site and then continues to work with on an ongoing basis keeping the site up to date, marketing the site and makes any adjustments necessary to make it work better for your business.

How do I pay for your services?

We Can't Lose accepts all major credit cards and checks. We Can't Lose has also created website leasing to help small businesses who can't afford to pay for entire web solution to pay for it over time.

Does the company understand my business and can create an effective web solution to help meet my objectives?

We Can't Lose, LLC is a total web solution company. We research, thoroughly, our client's business. We can only provide effective solutions if, and only if, we understand their business and objectives.

What is the total lease payment and are there any other costs that I could incur before the lease ends?

The LAWS Lease Agreement is a full disclosure legal document. All payments, charges and fees are disclosed. Clients will have a full understanding of their total financial requirements prior to signing the agreement.

What happens if I want to change or terminate early?

We understand, that at times, thing occur. Every case will be treated on an individual basis. All of our agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. We feel that is a long enough time to get results from your web solution.

Can I upgrade or change design before the termination of the lease agreement?

Yes. One of the important elements of our web solutions is the ability to stay current. In some cases this means a total redesign of the site.

What are my options at the termination of the lease agreement?

You have three basic options: (1) Walk away; (2) Renew the existing agreement; or (3) Upgrade to a different type of solution.

Are there any extra costs at termination?

What are the terms or length of my lease agreement?

All LAWS Lease Agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. There is the possibility of writing longer terms, based on the web solution project.

What is the total initial investment?

Your initial investment or up front money consist of the following items:

1) First month payment
2) Set Up Fee
3) Domain Registration*
4) Lease Cost Reduction*
